WINNER of the BBC GREAT BRITISH VILLAGE SHOW 2006 RICH FRUIT CAKE CLASS

Being presented with my winners' rosette and bowl for the Rich Fruit Cake class by TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall at Highgrove House.

Novelty Cake entry for the Dyffryn Gardens Show

I travelled up from Carmarthen to Dyffryn Gardens early on the morning of the show and was suprised by the number of people already there at that time in the morning.
I had a fantastic day at Dyffryn Gardens, which are stunning, and I was truly amazed to win in both the Rich Fruit Cake and the Decorated Novelty Cake classes.
I think the highlight of my day was being interviewed by James Martin, despite his comments about under eye bags!!!!
